I think most of us who are new to P90X are struggling with Pullups. If you are, here is a very good tip I received from “makingachangefl” and “BrownBuna”. about using stretch bands for Assistance with pullups.

UPDATE!!!! Diets!! I have been getting many many emails from people asking me them to do them up a specialised diet for their weight and height which takes me a fair bit of time to get the right macro and micro nutrients their body needs so from this point on I am asking for 10 dollars which I think is reasonably fair considering it takes about 2-3 hours to do up for you. I can do skinny- bulk diets or a bulk-skinny diets. I can also recommend a work out schedule for you also. Update: 4 months since completing P90X training 5 days a week at the gym I have gotten to a point where I have peaked. As of the 30th of May 2011 I will be undertaking a small 5 week bulk program I have devised as a trail run for a full bulk to see how my body responds to a little over 3000 calories a day completely supplemented. If what I have come up with works I will be releasing to the public in a small video series

February 24,2010 This is my second round of p90x, the first time I could not finish due to time constraints. This has allowed me to be able to constrast what I feel works better in relation to my training. Currently I’m on week 7, and the stomach is finally starting to peel back.
