Insanity AND P90X Ab’athon! More Live Workout Clips!

betterbody90.com Everything you NEED to know about Insanity For more about the P90X workout program visit www.xtreme90workout.com Today I just combined my two favorite Ab Workouts into one string session. Shaun T Insanity Cardio Abs and P90X Ab Ripper X. It was just as intense as expected which you will noticed as I fade towards the end of Ab Ripper. I like to keep my breaks and burn outs in the mix so you can see how REAL this stuff is. It is NOT easy! Go Push Play!

@dude04345 Oh myself as well. I’m always looking to be proven wrong and to learn new things. But how can you say working one body part for 40mins is constructive? (Do you break down the abs into different parts?) I’ve participated in P90x and Insanity. Honestly, as a track and field athlete, sprinting and running can do alot for you then jumping in front of your television. But i can definitely see the allure.

@PoliticalMastermind0 While I am always open minded to constructive criticism and never claim to be an expert but a daily student of life, your facts are incorrect. Combined, Insanity Cardio Abs and P90X Ab Ripper (including warmup and cooldown) is just shy of 40 minutes total. Where did you get an hour and a half from?

this guy isnt smart, the key to getting abs or getting in shape with any muscle group is too be smart! You should only workout for like an hour, this guy did basically an hour and half, your muscles arent learning much past that man. Hope i dont burst your bubble.

I hate that feeling (when he keeps stopping and bending over) from ab workouts,it feels like death when you can’t do anymore. you just have to keel over, ick.

  13. TheFootball34 / Jan 7 2012

what reps and sets are recomended

  14. AncientHer0 / Jan 7 2012

@dude04345 I hear ya, I ended up just doing both on the days, I’ve never done cardio abs as I’ve substituted it with Insanity Insane abs (deluxe edition workout but i downloaded it because i had the basic). Ab ripper is harder for me because reps are more involved than time. Still bringing it everyday I’m on the end of my 3rd week 1st phase and i love it.

  15. dude04345 / Jan 7 2012

@AncientHer0 Personally I like Ab Ripper the best. Cardio abs doesn’t give me the same burn.

  16. dude04345 / Jan 7 2012

@dodongklint Nope just keep on going through. Though, if you’re struggling to keep form its certainly ok to take breaks when you Need to. Then jump back in.

  17. dodongklint / Jan 7 2012

do take rest in between sets?

  18. AncientHer0 / Jan 7 2012

Hey i have a quick question, How do you think Ab ripper x does compared to Insane Abs from insanity? because i’m putting my own hybrid together and i have never done ab ripper x, But insane abs is pretty damn hard.

  19. mmask8r / Jan 7 2012

i guess you just do as many as you can before the workout changes.

  20. emscott32 / Jan 7 2012

I just cannot get a hang of the oblique crunch at 6:39…It’s not that I can’t do it , I find it very difficult to balance but apparently I’m the only one who has this problem because everybody else does it fine haha

  23. chicaniles / Jan 7 2012

no u couldnt because ur muscules get bigger when they are recovering so if u did that u would just rip the crap out of them with no benefit
