p90x results video
Finally I got around to putting a results video together. P90x is not an easy workout program but it is well worth it.
Update- Ive been pretty lazy about getting an update out, but i’ll link a pic of what I look like these days on a traditional body building workout. bodyspace.bodybuilding.com bodyspace.bodybuilding.com

@sheao50 Ghost K – Stop
where did you find this remix of super sense, as can hear antonino di leva’s track for sure, just wondering who is dropping the lyrics on top. can you give me a name? thanks
do you take creatine ?
@assassin3325 lol whatever man im just giving you my opinion. We obviously dont agree so just leave it at that.
@Kokamok84 ya but i have friends who are 5’9 and weigh 143 and they are pretty big and dont workout. its like normal for a teenager plus my parents were never big as teens anyway. my mom was barely 100lbs when she graduated highschool and my dad was 5’11 160lbs. im actually the biggest on my moms side of the family. and in america or idk really but the average weight for a guy who is 5’9 is 150-160lbs so if thats my goal thats right where i need to be.
@crazyspooks10 not really bro. i mean if you check a bmi thing thats actually healthy weight. and im actually only 5’7. and boxers ya of course they are bigger. but look at some of the mma fighters. theres guys who are 6’2 and weigh 155 or 170. when most of those guys that are in those weight divisions are like 5′ something. and my friend is 5’10 and i have about 10lbs on him. and hes SKINNY i just consider myself thin but now im like 142 after working out.
@Empythree U got a little cut, but wat you need is mass. Try to eat like an animal and dont do soo much cardio. I went from 140 to 180 in about 4.5 months. I made eating a full-time job, it was hard at first, but wen my stomach got use to having food all the time it was begging for more. Ur diet is the #1 thing u need to worry about, lifting is #2. Dont forget that.
p.s – really dude…not soo much cardio. lool. Best of luck.
i dont think he did the workouts right the guy is still a freakin stick
Nice man, I had a question I’m 17 and 18 in November I’m 5 8 and I weight 123lbs ( yea I know) I was thinking about buying p90x but don’t know if I’ll get ripped lol, I run cross country and track so I’m somewhat in shape, but should I try p90x?
@warman0712 the only problem is at 15 many of the supplements can’t be absorbed properly by your body. Don’t despair though, give it a few more years.
@warman0712 this program won’t work as well for someone who isn’t at least 18. Your body still has a lot of changes to undergo before it can do a workout like this.
@Empythree no if you took whey protien you would definely show bigger resaults
what this tune? anyone know the artist as it’s not muse.
Im a skinny guy 2 but i dnt know whether 2 gain weight then use p90x or just start using p90x any advice??
How did you stick to the nutrition plan? I am a pretty light guy weighing in at about 100lbs and 5 foot 4 inches (15 years old, still got some growing). But I plan on gaining weight and muscle.
@Kokamok84 lol shouldnt your last 2 sentences of your reply be to assassin and not me?
@crazyspooks10
assassin is right. im from europe so we weigh in Kilo’s and grams and our heightis in meters. Im 1,68 meters weigh 74 kg
that is about 5’6 150 lbs, and im not even lean but if i get lean with a good diet i would stay around the same weight. so if you are 5’9 going for 150lbs thats not even near enough. set your goals a little higher. Im sure you can do it
