OMG cute puppies
@3DGfanforeva –You’re not too young for this type of exercise, every boy and girl your age who wrestles or does grappling of any kind does 3-4 hours of extreme exercise 5-6 days a week during the season, and some do it all year round, like me when I was your age. You can also do the Insanity challenge too, it might actually be better for Volleyball. The difference between those who go on to college sports, and those who don’t, is what they do during high school.
Way to go girl… ur awesome! I’m just starting! Ur a great motivator! Thank you!
@3DGfanforeva yeah i’m 14 and i’m doing this, but please note that if you haven’t been working out before, this will be the hardest thing you’ll do in you’re life.
0:27 – 0:32 I COULDNT BELIEVE IT!
@3DGfanforeva nah dude im 14 and on phase two it works
and definitely will help prepare or during any sports
Ur a mom ??
.
NO WAY!!
You look like a girl from my college…but….with really nice tits
You did an amazing job. I am on day 9 of P90X and I am starting to see some results. I have three children, so I hope ab ripper x works. I am having a little difficulty with the pull ups.
Awesome job Jill!
That’s it.. I’m going to really start using my P90X lol.. wow!
48 pull ups in a row? Wow!
Miss Jill W. you are extremely beautiful and I am happy for your results. But I just had a question regarding the first week that you started P90X.
I can hardly finish the whole 60 minute workout; I usually top out at 35-40 minutes. How did you manage the first week? And also, did you follow the diet plan?
So I am looking to lose about 50lbs in 6 months. Im eating a great healthy diet. I fear stretchmarks and lose skin like you said. Which p90 do you recommend for me?
@itsmariaaann I would try and follow a fitness model workout…p90x willl only work if you put the effort into it. You are not going to get bulky most female competition body builder workout 4 hrs a day take all kinds of supplements and steriods so don’t use bulkyness as a excuse
do you have to buy different versions? Or does it just come with it? Like I’m short and don’t want big muscles, just to lose my flab and be lean. Is the “lean” version something different that you have to buy?
@itsmariaaann There is a “lean” version you can follow that will be great for you, it replaces some of the resistance workouts with a cardio workout.
im only 4’11″ and im really scared that since im so small im gonna get really bulky. but i wanna get toned and get stronger
should i still get the P90x?
Awesome!! Kudos!! Did you do classic or lean?
I tried Tae Bo for years and now that I have a baby I need something more than just Tae Bo to keep my tummy back the way it was before. Thank you for the inspiration.
Wow I also just had a baby and I want to get back to my previous body especially my tummy. You’re story is an inspiration and I wanted to try it since this is no waste of money and seen a lot of people putting up their own before and after esults here in youtube. Thanks for sharing.
I’m doing p90x right now, and I’ve started the doubles program. But, I’m not sure if I should be doing the lean program instead. I’m a female of average weight for my height and I just want to lose around 10 lbs max (and gain muscle of course). Any suggestions?
@poughboy101 tssss. bullshit
@3DGfanforeva I`m 14 and i am on day 67 on the p90x program, and i have not got a single indury.I have got in to an excelent shape. so if i can do it why cant you? . but if you get p90x i recommend you too not push yourself too hard at the resistance workouts. that may cause injury. I started slow and caution. and as i got stronger i just keep pushing my self harder and harder. that way you will not get muscle injuries.
